Emails : Client contact through emails, letters, appointments, invoicing, payment reminders, open discussions etc...  

 

Letters: Through dictation or general instruction I compile client letters on your behalf, posting and filing within the online documentation storage system or emailing back to you for your personal delivery.


Typing Service: Notes, Letters, General documentation - I am fully able to support you with any documents needed, quickly and efficiently.

Do you have email enquiries coming in and no time to reply, I am now offering a Reply and Fact-Find service, contacting your enquiries on your behalf, finding out their requirements and contact information and then pass the information back to you for a quick turnaround, saving you valuable time lost on admin to do the work you do best.

Appointment Scheduling

Need to meet a client, arrange an appointment to carry out works, discuss a project or a meet and greet?  I can arrange this for you either via email correspondence or using a shared online calendar.

Compiling spreadsheets for a range of different information, lists, tables, financial comparisons and quotations.  Generating financial letters to overdue accounts, client contact for non-payment. Quickbooks Invoicing Knowledge.

Do you need to present a project or slideshow of information to prospective clients?  

I can  produce documents to your requirements, using company specific logos and information given.
