Virtual Administration Works Contract to be agreed by both parties (see download), dated and signed before any works undertaken.
Financial agreement for works and hourly rates are to be agreed in writing along with payment terms.
All working hours (time bundles) are recorded daily and invoiced directly for payment at the end of each working week/month dependant on requirements.

All ad-hoc tasks are recorded and invoiced directly for payment upon completion.

Regular Working hours scheduled between 09.00am and 17.00pm Monday to Friday
(Please Note: Rates will increase outside of these timeframes by 3.5%)
Termination of Contract:
Termination of contract can be actioned upon receipt of written instruction from the client, outstanding payments due for works carried out to be remitted on receipt of invoice..
Documents recorded via a shared system are clients property and will be handed over. INSPIRE VA will cease document storage and password reset action to be enabled for client use only.
INSPIRE VA will not share, use or distribute client data without authorisation in writing to do so.
INSPIRE VA are not liable for any mis-information shared by us on behalf of the client at their request.
INSPIRE VA withhold the right to share information which we deem to be fraudulent or misleading.
INSPIRE VA will not share information to third parties, competitors or the general public without the express authorisation of the client.
