Our virtual administration services couldn't be easier to arrange, with our clear 5 step process set out below:
Discussion regarding your requirements, timescale and deadline for works, hourly rates and time estimation.
We produce a detailed outline of the initial discussion, our rates and terms, to be agreed in writing, signed off and sent back to us (via email). (Contract Document) We may require a deposit payment dependant on the volume of works.
We produce the works required within the timescale requested and send over to your for review and acceptance.
Once works agreed and delivered we raise a final invoice for payment.
Once the invoice is paid, we provide a "With thanks" receipt, hopefully we will repeat the above process with future virtual administration works!
